Unique to Arctic Spas, our service package below covers every aspect and component of your hot tub.
The Arctic Spa Signature service package is now only £300.00 inc vat* & £350.00 inc vat* for All Weather Pools
Arctic Spas winterisation service is ideal for times during the year that you and your family may not be using your hot tub or All Weather Pool for long periods of time (going on holiday etc..).
During the winter months, it is extremely important that your hot tub or All Weather Pool is shut down correctly, to avoid any damage that could be caused by freezing temperatures over the winter period if your product isn’t going to be in use.
Pipe Flush
Our technician will add our unique Arctic Spa Pipe Flush to your spas/All Weather Pools water prior to draining. This will ensure it’s thoroughly working on chemical deposits built up in your pipe work.
Every inch of hose/PVC fittings are thoroughly flushed and the chemical deposits removed, keeping your water flow running smoothly for an excellent hydrotherapy massage.
Filter Cartridges Checked
Having clean filters is imperative to allowing good filtration and efficient water flow.
Our technician will check your filter cartridges and clean any pleated filters (filter type will vary depending on tub model) before installing them back in their chambers.
Component Testing
Our technician will check each individual electrical component as well as checking your heater, LED lighting, Ozone and salt systems are working fully and pulling the correct amperage.
Pump Inspection
Your pumps are the key to Arctic Spas deep tissue hydro-massage. They will be checked for performance and amperage draw to ensure they are working 100% effectively.
Jetting & Water Distribution
*Diverter & air control valves will be tested where applicable as depends on the spa model.
Programming
*Program updates vary depending on tub model.
Drain & Clean
Spa Winterisation
- Full spa flush & drain down.
- Remaining water vacuumed out of spa seating area & footwell.
- Spa surface wiped down with Arctic Surface Cleaner.
- Pump unions opened and remaining water drained/vacuumed out of the cabinet.
- Pump unions reconnected ready for refill.
